We are intimately familiar with the hazards existing on a construction site and take every precaution to create safe working conditions.

Our strict safety policy includes the following:

• Employing experienced craftsmen
• In-depth safety orientation for all hires
• Field supervisory orientation for all foremen, superintendents, and project managers, both newly hired and promoted from within.
• In-house training including but not limited to the following:

1. OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour outreach training
2. First Aid and CPR
3. Scaffold training
4. Defensive driving training
5. Swing stage training
6. Confined Space training

• Field inspection are conducted weekly, and more often when necessary by foreman, by field superintendent. Unscheduled inspections by the Corporate Safety Director

Garvey Roark, LLC. has zero permit/tolerance for substance abuse.

Risk Management – Site inspections conducted by owner and tenants to alleviate any substantial site condition that may affect our work.

Our Corporate Safety Director consistently assumes safe construction sites. His credentials include:

• 13 years a Corporate Safety Director
• Pennsylvania Certified Emergency Medical Technician
• Scaffold Institute instructor for swing stage scaffolding and welded frame, tube and coupler scaffolding and systems scaffolding
• OSHA 10 hours and 30 hours outreach instructor
• American Red Cross First Aid and CPR instructor
• National Safety Council – Defensive Driving Instructor
• Pennsylvania Certified Emergency Medical Technician
